Correct — no deposit. You pay nothing at all until the work is complete and you've walked the project with us and signed it off. It's the single most-loved thing about working with us.
Yes — Brothers Fencing & Landscaping Ltd carries both public liability and employer liability insurance. We're also a registered member of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). Certificates available on request.
It covers any defect in our workmanship for 12 months from completion — we come back and fix it. On top of that, we always adhere to the manufacturer's warranty on any material we install (paving, decking, fencing, drainage components, etc.).
Absolutely. We're happy to work with client-provided designs, whether from a landscape architect, garden designer, or your own sketches. We can also build to a brief and design as we go for simpler projects.
It depends on the time of year and project size — small fencing or repair jobs can sometimes start within a week or two. Full garden renovations and groundworks are usually booked a few weeks ahead. Give us a call and we'll be honest with you on timing.
Yes — it matters to us. We work around existing planting wherever possible, recommend wildlife-friendly features like live walls and wildlife corridors, and we're conscious of the carbon footprint of materials and waste on every job.
